Resumen: Se presenta aquí un breve y profundo recuento del sustrato común del arte, la religión y el arquetipo; se dibuja la historia de la escisión de la iglesia respecto del arte y se plantean las tareas a las que ha de abocarse el cristianismo en nuestros días para recuperar un lugar rme en las tradiciones occidentales de lo religiosus.
Abstract: This article presents a brief and deep account of the substratum common to arts, religion and archetypes; it traces the history of the separation of the Church form the arts and suggests the actual tasks for which Christianity has to head in order to re- cover a rm place in western traditions of religiosus.
